Dr. Dennis Williamson, DC is the founder and lead chiropractor at Spine Time Chiropractic, proudly serving patients in Garland, Mesquite, Lake Highlands, Rowlett, Sachse, and throughout the Dallas area.
With deep Texas roots, an extensive athletic background, and over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Williamson has dedicated his career to helping patients live healthier, stronger, pain-free lives.
Born & Raised in Garland, Texas
Dr. Williamson is a true Garland native, born and raised in the community he continues to serve today. He graduated from North Garland High School in 1994, where he developed a passion for athletics, teamwork, and performance.
His early involvement in sports helped shape his understanding of body mechanics, injury recovery, and optimal physical function. From a young age, Dr. Williamson competed at high levels in multiple sports, including:
- Competitive select soccer
- Competitive baseball
- Football
These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the physical demands placed on athletes—knowledge that later enhanced his clinical expertise as a sports injury chiropractor.
Education & Academic Accomplishments
Texas Tech University
1995–1999
Dr. Williamson attended Texas Tech University, where he further developed his athletic skills and leadership abilities. During his time at Texas Tech, he became a Texas Tech Cheerleader, participating in intense tumbling, stunting, and performance-based athletics that deepened his understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention.
Parker College of Chiropractic (Parker University)
Graduated 2004
After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. Williamson pursued his passion for health, healing, and neuromuscular science at Parker College of Chiropractic—one of the nation’s leading chiropractic institutions. He graduated in 2004 with advanced training in:

He has also performed UIL Pre-Participation Sports Physicals for over 20 years, helping student-athletes meet state requirements and compete safely.
As a long-time Garland resident, Dr. Williamson remains deeply committed to supporting local families, athletes, students, and workers.
